Job description



The Contractor Representant is responsible for selling a range of non-technical products and services related to kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities to contractors, contractors and real estate developers.



Profile required



Assurance, diligence, autonomy, communication skills, negotiation skills, sense of sales focused on customer service and business development.



Main Tasks



  • Provide consistent follow-up with our existing clientele;
  • Establish strong business relationships;
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve problematic situations;
  • Identify business opportunities and potential new clients in your territory;
  • Identify prospective clients, solicit them, and develop the client base in the Entrepreneur Sector;
  • Promote the company's products and various services;
  • Negotiate and draft quotes and sales contracts;
  • Collaborate closely and maintain constant communication with Entrepreneur Sector Designers to ensure objectives are met;
  • Work closely with the After-Sales Service department to resolve issues and follow up on services with customers;
  • Stay informed about market trends;
  • Take measurements on construction sites;
  • Perform any other tasks directly related to the position.


Prerequisites



  • Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in sales and consulting or equivalent training;
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills;
  • Strong knowledge of the construction and cabinetry industry;
  • Good knowledge of materials and standards related to cabinetry;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Proficiency in taking measurements;
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and a functional vehicle.
