Status of our operations in relation to COVID-19




Dear customers,

The government's announcement dated January 6, 2021 to the effect that activities must be restricted from January 11 to February 7, 2021, obliges us to inform you of the changes that our company must put in place.

We confirm that all of our current and future orders for the construction, renovation and products sold online will be maintained. The deadlines will be as planned and will be carried out by the same implementation process as previously established.

Our Production, Delivery, Installation and Service operations will therefore continue without restriction of execution. We will keep our requirements for applying health and safety measures in force.

In addition, our sales operations in our branches must be more restricted. We owe it to ourselves to keep our branches closed at all times for this period. However, you will be able to meet in a closed branch only by appointment. This meeting should focus on the collection of products or the choice of materials to be selected in order to conclude and carry out the project. We ask you to work beforehand any elaboration of project by teleworking with our designers.

The taking of site surveys by our representatives can be carried out as required. However, the site instructions must be followed in order to allow our staff to visit the site.

Resumption of normal operations in our branches will be based on recommendations from the Public Health Agency of Canada and relevant local authorities.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this situation causes you. Rest assured that we are doing everything possible to limit the inconvenience in this situation.
