Job description
Under the supervision of the Finance and IT Manager, the Adjoint Finance Manager will perform various accounting analysis, bookkeeping and accounting tasks.

Main tasks
- Participate in the planning, organization, and evaluation of the company’s financial department activities;
- Act as a resource person for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and all daily transactions;
- Gather and consolidate all information related to month-end closings;
- Prepare and analyze various reports and ensure proper follow-up;
- Provide support in various accounting and financial aspects;
- Oversee the preparation of various accounting reports to ensure deadlines are met;
- Supervise contract-related declarations;
- Manage the accounting cycle and financial reporting;
- Act as an advisor to the management team regarding financial and accounting matters in decision-making;
- Make recommendations related to the company’s financial performance;
- Perform any other related tasks.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of accounting software; knowledge of Acomba is an asset;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel);
- Knowledge of the construction industry would be an asset;
- Versatile, detail-oriented, punctual, and diligent;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple files simultaneously.
