Job description



Reporting to the Project Management Manager – B2B Sector, you will play an essential role in the management and coordination of multi-housing projects. By working closely with the dedicated team, you will ensure the smooth running of each step, from submission to installation. This position is ideal for someone passionate about managing large-scale residential projects.

We are looking for a methodical, resourceful, autonomous, dynamic person with a great sense of responsibility, organization and a highly developed technical sense. It is important to have the ability to successfully complete several files at once while providing excellent customer service.



Main responsibilities



  • Consult with the client to gather information about the project and determine their needs, preferences, constraints and requirements;
  • Evaluate costs, materials needed and prepare quotes using the company's software and Excel;
  • Be able to meet with the client and provide advice on the choice of colors, style, finishes and materials, taking into account the principles of professional ergonomics and hygiene;
  • Be able to advise on real estate and marketing matters;
  • Create and develop concepts and plans for cabinets, vanities and other furniture that are aesthetic, functional and safe, taking into account the information previously received from the client and additional information given by the representative according to the rules of the art and in compliance with production standards;
  • Use the Company's software to draw, produce and transmit documents relating to the development of the client's project, including plans for the site, measurement taking and those for the production of cabinets;
  • Proceed with balancing the plans after taking measurements and putting the cabinets into production;
  • Work closely with representatives, customers, the production department, and after-sales service to resolve any problems encountered.


Prerequisites



  • College diploma (DEC) in design or training deemed equivalent;
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position;
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a technical position;
  • Mastery of 3D software computer tools (Cabinet Vision);
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
  • Good knowledge of interior design and design trends;
  • Excellent understanding in reading and analyzing architectural plans and specifications;
  • Excellent knowledge in the field of construction and cabinets;
  • Excellent knowledge of materials and standards relating to cabinets;
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage several tasks at once;
  • Good skills in French and English.
  • Possess a valid class five (5) driver's license, in order to travel to the various Armoires Cuisines Action sites.
