Job description



The Continuous Improvement Responsible is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining improvements to operational activities and system tools. He/she acts with the delegated role and authority of the company to analyze and implement, in collaboration with the area managers, all approved improvement projects and programs.



Profile required



Leadership, innovation, understanding of processes, ability to analyze and synthesize, organizational skills and priorities, focus on efficiency and the ability to work under pressure as well as multi-task, have a decision-making instinct and the ability to work in a team.



Prerequisites



  • Training in continuous improvement, quality management or any program/experience deemed equivalent
  • Knowledge of analysis and data collection tools such as 6 Sigma, Kaizen, SMED, 5S, VSM, Gemba, DMIC and other tools
  • Demonstrate a talent for leading groups of people towards desired results
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of the Office suite
