Continuous Improvement Technician - Sales
Under the immediate responsibility of the project coordinator, the sales continuous improvement technician contributes to the development of processes and the quality of operations at the sales level.
Required profile
Excellent understanding of sales processes, autonomy, teaching ability and concern for quality work. Ability to analyze and synthesize, results-oriented, innovation, coupled with an excellent sense of organization and priorities, focused on efficiency and a very good team spirit.
Main tasks
- Contribute to the analysis, improvement, development and standardization of sales processes and tools;
- Train and inform employees during the implementation of new processes and tools and train new employees according to the training plan;
- Take charge of errors and problems in the various systems and follow up with the various departments;
- Communicate memos and reminders to employees regarding procedures, policies, promotions and follow up on training;
- Contribute to the development of effective control tools;
- Develop and update training documents as well as the various forms, procedural and reference documents;
- All other tasks directly related to the job.
Prerequisites
- DEC in design or training deemed equivalent;
- Proficiency in computer drawing software tools (Cabinet Vision, AutoCad or 20/20);
- Very good knowledge of the Office suite (Excel and Word intermediate level);
- Very good knowledge of cabinet materials and standards;
- Good knowledge of current processes;
- Analytical skills, communication skills and a spirit of collaboration;
- Ability to work under pressure and to successfully complete several files at the same time;
- Be available to travel between branches.
