Delivery Clerk

Under the immediate supervision of the Delivery, Installation and After Sales Supervisor, the Delivery Clerk will assist in the preparation of material for the deliverers and installers in addition to supporting various departments such as the factory and after sales service.

Required profile

Courtesy, attendance and punctuality, multi-tasking, resourceful, self-starter and customer service oriented.

Main tasks

  • Prepare required materials for installers and delivery personnel and manage the receipt and issue of materials using various software programs on the computer;
  • Prepare orders for installers (Kanban) and inventory items (Kanban);
  • Ensure all equipment is up to date by conducting inventory regularly;
  • Collaborate with agents and all departments of the plant as needed;
  • Assist with department packaging;
  • Drive a van to deliver merchandise following a pre-determined route;
  • Manipulate, move, load and unload merchandise by hand or using various material handling equipment;
  • From purchase orders, verify the quality, quantity of goods to be delivered and complete all documents related to the delivery of goods;
  • All other tasks directly related to the job.


  • Minimum DES or equivalent (asset);
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience delivering kitchen furniture or cabinets, in a similar position;
  • A class 5 driver's license;
  • A good driver's record;
  • Excellent road knowledge;
  • A health and safety card for construction sites;
  • The job requires lifting and handling weights up to 50 pounds;
  • Sense of priorities and organization;
  • Ability to work under pressure.
