Delivery Coordinator

Headquarters of Sainte-Sabine

Under the immediate supervision of the Delivery and Installation Manager, the Delivery Coordinator coordinates the planning and scheduling of delivery personnel and all activities related to deliveries.

Required profile

Methodical, organizational, analytical, rigorous, autonomous and very good team spirit and customer service oriented.

Main tasks

  • Coordinate the planning and organization of delivery activities;
  • Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate delivery activities using various computer-assisted communication devices;
  • Ensure quality of services provided and customer satisfaction;
  • Collaborate in the process of developing department policies and procedures;
  • Assist staff with administrative issues;
  • Coordinate delivery person workload and travel;
  • Dispatch staff according to written schedules and worksheets or as emergencies arise;
  • Contribute to establishing work schedules and procedures, and coordinating activities with other departments;
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies;
  • Oversee the training of new staff and ensure the training of workers as to their duties, safety standards and company policies;
  • Respect the objectives of the delivery department;
  • Any other duties directly related to the job.


  • DEC coupled with a minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar position (preferably in logistics);
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Word intermediate level);
  • Good French and functional English;
  • Ability to work under pressure and complete several files at once.
