Job description
The Human Resources Advisor performs consulting, research and analysis in the areas of classification and job determination, staffing, occupational health and safety, quality of work life, workforce management, working conditions, training, organizational development, change management and work organization under the responsibility of the HR, Marketing and Web Director. They offer a consulting service to employees on a daily basis to respond to any request.
Profile required
Autonomous, methodical, dynamic, interpersonal skills, team player, customer and employee oriented, good organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and to handle multiple files at the same time.
Prerequisites
- Diploma in Human Resources or training deemed equivalent
- Three (3) years of minimum experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Word advanced level) (asset)
- Very good command of French grammar and spelling (asset)
