Job description



The Human Resources Technician is passionate, motivated and eager to collaborate with a constantly evolving HR team in an innovative company. Under the supervision of the HR & Marketing Director, the Human Resources Technician will work closely with the HR team to contribute to the smooth operation of the department by performing various administrative tasks as well as contributing to maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.

Main tasks



  • Perform various administrative tasks of the department, such as word processing, composition of official documents, etc.
  • Compile and write reports and statistics
  • Collaborate in the administration of group insurance files
  • Update employee files, various HR procedures and policies
  • Collaborate in the recruitment process (job postings, compilation of applications, employment certificates, opening of employee files, etc.)
  • Participate in the development of new ideas for improving HR processes, procedures and tools
  • Follow up on staff evaluations
  • Compile and write reports (CCQ, CNESST, training, etc.)
  • Provide support to the Marketing team at events
  • Perform all other job-related tasks


Prerequisites



  • DEC or AEC in administration/human resources management or training deemed equivalent
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent command of the French language, both oral and written
  • Ability to work on different files at the same time
