Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Information Technology, the IT Technician is the first line of support for users. He or she handles requests through the ticketing system, ensures follow-up and incident resolution, and contributes to providing an optimal internal customer experience.
The position reports to the Director of Finance and IT and works closely with other members of the IT team to ensure proper operation, performance, and reliability of systems.
Frequent travel between our different sites is required.

Organized, methodical, versatile, reliable, autonomous, with strong analytical skills, customer-service oriented, and quality-driven.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal users, in person, remotely, or by phone
- Manage and track requests through the ticketing system, ensuring complete documentation
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, peripherals, and network equipment
- Diagnose and effectively resolve technical issues
- Manage data backups and implement disaster recovery plans
- Implement and monitor security measures (firewalls, antivirus, access rights, etc.)
- Monitor system and network performance to ensure availability and security
- Write and update technical documentation (procedures, configurations, guides)
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and propose technological solutions
Prerequisites
- College diploma (DEC) in IT or equivalent training
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in Windows environments, office tools (Microsoft 365 suite), and ticketing systems
- Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving technical problems
