Job Description
The Kitchen Designer - B2B Sector contributes to residential projects where creativity, attention to detail, and technical expertise make all the difference. Reporting directly to the Lead Kitchen Designer – Contractor Division, this role collaborates with construction professionals, new home buyers, and internal teams (sales, technical, and customer service) to ensure an exceptional client experience while achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities
- Design custom plans (kitchens, bathrooms, and other furniture) that combine aesthetics, functionality, and safety for new construction projects (single-family homes);
- Consult with clients to fully understand their needs, preferences, constraints, requirements, budgets, and intended use of the space;
- Advise and support contractors and developers in selecting materials, styles, and features to establish baseline plans for residential projects;
- Present quotes, ensure diligent follow-ups, and close sales;
- Validate plans based on on-site measurements, working closely with the sales representative and technical team;
- Perform any other tasks directly related to the role.
Prerequisites
- College diploma (DEC) in design or equivalent training;
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position;
- Proficiency with 3D software tools (Cabinet Vision);
- Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Outlook);
- Solid understanding of interior design and current trends;
- Good knowledge of the construction and cabinetry industry;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Availability to work occasional evenings;
- Strong skills in both French and English to serve a diverse clientele.
