Lift Operator

Under the immediate responsibility of the team leader, the forklift operator handles, moves and unloads raw materials, furniture parts and accessories by hand or using handling equipment.
Required profile
Methodical, autonomous, likes to work with tools and machinery. Ability to work under pressure, while promoting teamwork. Ability to distinguish colors.
Main tasks
- Load, unload, and move products and materials, by hand or using material handling attachments and other lifting devices on warehouse docks;
- Drive carts to provide movement of materials;
- Maintain raw material inventory list;
- Perform other material handling duties such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing and unpacking various products and materials;
- Any other duties directly related to the job.
Prerequisites
- Valid forklift operator's certificate;
- Job requires lifting and handling weights up to 50 pounds;
- Be versatile, punctual and diligent.
