Planning Coordinator

Under the immediate supervision of the Delivery and Installation Manager, the Planning Coordinator coordinates the planning of installations, performs the management of CAP and company capacities and performs the administrative tasks for his sector.

Required profile

Methodical, organizational skills, analytical mind, rigorous, autonomous and very good team spirit and customer service oriented.

Main tasks

  • Coordinate appointment scheduling for the installation area;
  • Manage CAP and business capacity and the appointment scheduling system;
  • Participate in planning meetings;
  • Collaborate on information transfers with the delivery coordinator and installation coordinator;
  • Respond to internal and external questions related to the planning of the installation area;
  • Ensure quality of services provided and customer satisfaction;
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies;
  • Implement continuous improvements for systems and processes;
  • Perform administrative process for new subcontractors;
  • Any other duties directly related to the job.


  • Credentialed degree coupled with a minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar position (preferably in logistics);
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Word intermediate level);
  • Good French and functional English;
  • Ability to work under pressure and complete several files at once.
