Job description



Under the immediate responsibility of the Web Services Manager, the Reception Designer - Web Boutique takes care of customers as soon as they enter the website or the branch in order to increase sales in the e-commerce sector. The Reception Designer - Web Boutique will contribute to the development of the e-commerce sector in synergy with the other departments of the company and the branch network.



Profile required



Thoroughness, precision, rigor, conscientiousness, organizational skills, autonomy and a very good team spirit as well as being customer service oriented and able to handle several files simultaneously.



Main tasks



  • Provide customers with information about items in the online collection and publicize their benefits
  • Ensure that web visits are transformed into e-commerce sales according to the criteria of the customer experience and/or clearly identify the customer in order to offer him the best service and direct him to the right place if necessary
  • Greet customers in our showroom
  • Develop trendy and innovative designs for clients who have a project at the online store
  • Consult with the client to gather information about the future kitchen/bathroom and determine their needs, preferences, constraints, requirements, budgets and intended use of the space
  • Assist the client and provide advice on the choice of colors, style, finishes and materials, taking into account ergonomic principles and industry standards
  • Be able to ask questions to customers in order to anticipate the customer's pitfalls and thus plan solutions so that their project materializes
  • Be able to navigate the various e-commerce portals and follow the department's nomenclatures / processes
  • Any other job-related duties.

Prerequisites



  • Students welcome
  • DEC in design or training deemed equivalent
  • Experience in customer service (asset)
  • Computer proficiency (Office)
  • Excellent spoken and written French and English
  • Strong interest in interior design
  • Be available evenings and weekends
