Job description



The Regional Sales Manager - B2C Sector is responsible for planning and organizing operations. He/she will participate in the development and implementation of strategies aimed at achieving the performance objectives of the resources under his/her responsibility. He/she reports to the Regional Manager - B2C Sector and works closely with the Kitchen-Designer Supervisors - B2C Sector to ensure an exceptional customer experience while meeting sales targets.

Main responsibilities



  • Plan the activities of its teams in the different branches in order to support the company's business plan and respond effectively to customer requests;
  • Implement sales strategies to constantly improve sales performance;
  • Implement continuous improvement actions aimed at the quality of the services offered, the efficiency of operations and compliance with costs and deadlines;
  • Assign work according to the company's objectives and requirements;
  • Ensure a respectful, positive work climate focused on company values;
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching and training when necessary;
  • Monitor the variation in performance (CVP) of the staff in his charge in order to detect deviations from objectives, identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to correct them;
  • Collaborate in establishing company standardization procedures;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Prepare and keep data tables up to date and complete various reports;
  • Check the conformity of data entry in the analysis and monitoring tables made by the team;
  • Lead daily and weekly meetings;
  • Offer advice to clients on the choice of colors, styles, finishes and materials, taking into account ergonomic principles;
  • Create and develop aesthetic, functional and safety concepts and plans, consistent with production standards, based on customer requests;
  • Make trading decisions consistent with established standards;
  • Perform all other tasks directly related to the job.


Prerequisites



  • Diploma of college studies (DEC) in design or training considered equivalent;
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position;
  • Proficiency in 3D software IT tools (Cabinet Vision);
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite (Excel and Word);
  • Good knowledge of interior design and design trends;
  • Good knowledge in the field of construction and cabinets;
  • Good knowledge of cabinet materials and standards;
  • Knowledge of security processes, compliance standards and company policies;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks at once;
  • Good skills in French and English.
