Services Designers
Reporting directly to the Sales Support Manager, the Service Designer works within the sales team for customers. He/she answers questions from installers and designers in order to settle the various services.
Required profile
Courtesy, diplomacy, excellent communication skills, methodical, resourceful, autonomous, results-oriented, excellent sense of organization and priorities. Customer service oriented and a very good team player.
Main tasks
- Work closely with the after sales service, installers as well as designers in order to solve the problems encountered;
- Complete the various tables and relevant documents related to the service;
- Follow up with the different departments, suppliers and customers;
- Make orders for services;
- Act as an intermediary between head office and sales;
- As needed, meet with customers to gather information and resolve issues;
- Make billing of refunds, credits or other;
- Make appointments with the delivery and installation department for inspection;
- Any other duties directly related to the job.
Prerequisites
- DEC in design or training deemed equivalent;
- Three (3) years minimum experience in a similar position;
- Mastery of 3D software tools (Cabinet Vision);
- Very good knowledge of the Office suite (Excel and Word intermediate level);
- Good knowledge in the field of construction and cabinets;
- Good French and functional English;
- Ability to work under pressure and to complete several files at once;
